There are so many people on Twitter now it still blows my mind every now and then. Everyone seems to be fighting to be the best Tweeter posting the best Tweet at the best Twime…ughhh time. They all work so feverishly to say the next “unsaid best thing” to get the best reaction from anyone following them or a #hashtag, and can only hope to be noticed by the best Tweeters out Tweeting in Twitville! Whew! *Deep Breath* and *Exhale*
I have to admit, I’ve been bitten by the Twitter Bug or the Twug. *bows head in shame* What? Everyone else plays on the word Twitter, you think I’m gonna be different? …no.
Any way, I spend my time in the Twitter sandbox trying as hard as I might to keep up, learn something new, find something someone has said better than the last Tweeter who said it. You know, the best Tweet from the best Tweeter at just the right Twime…but DAMN, people never stop! How the hell am I supposed to find the best in all the mess? It’s like a Twain Tweck! —>Yes, I know. I’m out of control and need to stop it.
In all the jumbled Twitted mess EVERY SINGLE SECOND there are however, some good Tweets and really useful information some of the Twits have to offer. I know my list isn’t complete, but I think it’s a good start…there is just no way possible to include the Twillion Twit Masters tweeting in Twitville. After all, a new Twit Master is born every second! So, you’ll just have to settle for my self proclaimed expertise, limited as it may be.

One of the most creative talented writers I know. Cheryl is an honest person in every sense of the word honest. A delight to know and has more energy than ANY person on the web I’ve met yet. She was actually honored by President Obama himself; he used her words in at least one of his publicly televised speeches. How cool is that! Imagine? Watching President Obama on TV giving a speech and hear him rattle off some of the material you sent him! I don’t care what Party you belong to …that’s just cool. I can only imagine how she felt…wowed elation I imagine! Truly humbled by this lady repeatedly. She’s got so much going on with the Internet I can’t keep up.

C’mon! Who wouldn’t love them? Have you seen their Twitter Guide Book? Depending on your preference they have Twitter Lists and Twitter News Channels to choose from, not to mention a whole lot of other useful interesting stuff …something for everyone. They’re my authority on everything! Besides, Pete Cashmore is nice to look at….for hours. AND he’s People Magazine’s Sexiest Man of 2009. Ok, that’s not true and I made that up.
Mostly fav’d because he told @graywolf off. I don’t know; maybe he was only joking when he told him to “F’ Off! BLOCKED!” I still haven’t seen anything come close to this astonishment for me on Twitter. I know, not such a big deal to some, but the effect caused lock jaw for me in an open mouth chin swinging in the wind position for quite a while and it still lingers with me. (Yes, I’m quite the simple Georgia girl at times.) Michael Wolf is well known in the Internet SEO community and has a “do not touch” presence about him. I now call @paulcarr Thor the Mighty!
I just had a look at his stuff at PaulCarr.com and oh em gee! Wanksgiving LMAO …in a disgusting and “the nerve” kinda way. Talk about playing on words with the holiday! (Even though I laughed, it’s just not right.)
Branding Officer and Co-founder of Outspoken Media, which coincidentally has an interesting blog. A really mouthy chick and a Wiz at what she does …a hell of a blogger. Don’t expect a day at church with this one. If it’s raw honesty and off the cuff blurts you’re looking for she’s your gal, and you’re sure to not be disappointed. The company name describes Lisa well, but she didn’t give it its name alone… her partners are no angels either. @Rhea is the quieter of the bunch and I’d have to say @Sugarrae leaves the biggest foul mouthed impression on me. Ehhh, whatever, they’ve gotta live up to their company’s name and it works for ‘em. And if you don’t like what @Sugarrae is tweeting, don’t worry; she gives you this advice. “If you don’t like what I F’n tweet then F’n unfollow me!” or “Why do people think I give a F’ what they F’n think of me? F’n unfollow!” (You have to admit, that’s funny.) Don’t let their shock ability fool you; it’s what attracts the audience. People love them.
He may have been told off by one of my other fav’s, but that doesn’t take away his Twit Master skills. I find his bantering back and fourth with @mattcutts an amusing distraction from time to time. Someone should tell him who he’s calling out. Shhh… *whispers* …that’s @Google‘s @mattcutts Michael.
For his bravery alone Michael makes my list. He’s quite entertaining. Oh, and a hell of a blogger too. I’m particularly fond of his post about @Google‘s “Eric Schmidt, The Wall Street Journal and Personalized Search”.
I always wondered what Mary Poppins, Julia Childs, Captain Kirk, and Mr. Mom smashed together would look like. Now I know.

Ugh…of course she would be a fav…she’s my sister. She’s done a few VH1 Reality TV Shows, but mostly Cindy is a wonderful mom, fitness model, USA Figure Competitor, a Professional Personal Trainer, Cancer survivor, and an all around good person. I love my sister! She rocks!

He’s a stealth Fantomaster of “Top search engine optimization, cloaking & stealth technology, IP delivery, spider IPs, ip blockers, code protection, anti-spam & admin tools and plenty of tutorials” (Says so right on his site!) He offers all this and more; way too much for me to list here. Have a look for yourself.
And as for this lady? She makes my fav list because she was kind months ago. She has a humble friendliness about her and I enjoy it when I get to tweet with her. She works hard and has a really good eye for good finds. She a bit of an antique buff and sells them on Ebay and you can check out her Run of the Mill Chatter on her blog.
This lady is never one to turn her back on a person with questions and she always replies with just the right amount of information to help you out. That’s not easy to do in 140 characters or less. She spoke at PubCon and is an under cover tech and an SEO geek who argued with some guy named Dave Naylor at some bar about web content at SES. Who’s Dave Naylor? LOL! It wouldn’t be @DaveNaylor would it? By the way @schachin, what content? Who won the argument? I’m all about Girl Power!
BTW….if you’d like to fly me to LasVegas so I can attend one of the GeeksAndBeer site reviews, I’m all for it. I’d love to site down with an expert who can set me on the right path. If I had you in my corner, how could I fail? I just need to wait a bit, I’ve given you too much to point out that needs fixing on my site right now. Best to wait until about mid-summer of 2010 so you don’t make me cry in my beer.
Probably one of the most full of love for everyone lady on the web. She is always upbeat and chipper. I remember my “You gotta be kidding me!” moment. I just thought there was NO WAY a person existed as nice as this one…but I was wrong. Don’t take my word for it though, decide for yourself, follow @CiaoBella50. Oh, and you’ll find lots of other “Open Hearted Love Spreaders” through her too. She’s got a whole bunch of ‘em following her and some will even find their way to your Twitter profile too. Before you know it, they’ll be following you and you’ll be swimming in the pool of love too.

Just when I was thinking all Twits were cold and Twitter “friends” didn’t care that I was wishing them a good morning…EVERY DAY, @RuudHein re-sparked my faith in those cold hearted Twits and replied, “Good Morning to you!” What a sweetheart!
@RuudHein is an SEO guy and a self proclaimed WordPress geek. He has some really good posts on his blog, RuudHein; I’m particularly fond of “Insert Adsense in Content in WordPress“. I’ve just got one problem with it Ruud, I’m not very bright and have no idea how to add the add_filter or the function to the functions file. I don’t even know what that means. Maybe I can get you to help me with this some time?

This is not a complete list of my favorite Twits. These are just the start, but they do stand out as needing to be my first mentioned. None of them asked me to to add them to my list and none of them even knew I was writing this. Doing a blog post isn’t much, but just my way of saying thanks for helping my Twitter Sandbox fun and interesting.
Some of the Tweeps I HATE are all those “Get Your Teeth White!”, “What dentists don’t want you to know”, PHISHERS, SPAMMERS, those damn Britney tweeting/DMing jerks, etc. ass faces. I really hate them and they should just all die and go to Twitter Hell. (Notice I didn’t say “Twell”. #justsayin)
With all the crap on Twitter and all the idiots taking over, there must be a Twit or two you can’t live without a quick fix from. There are many Tweeters who offer really really useful information. Who entertains you? Who keeps you coming back? Who are your fav’s? Why? I hope I’m one of them. And if I’m not …KMA! …but only after you leave a comment.
